Welcome back & Happy New Year! It was a short week due to our 1st blizzard of the year resulting in 2 snow days! Hope everyone has shoveled out & stayed warm during the deep freeze.
We welcomed 2 new friends to our morning class, Anthony & Collin. We’re very excited to have them join our preschool family. Our new January movement songs had us moving & grooving during circle time. Confetti play dough was a blast as we outlined our names with the play dough & used winter themed cookie cutters. Dot markers were used to practice our FM skills & eye/hand coordination by dotting the number 2018. Confetti then dressed up our 2018 pictures after we glued them to cardstock! Blocks of ice filled the water table & snowflakes were created by threading pipe cleaners with beads. Due to our short week, we will continue these activities next week in order to complete them. We will also welcome another new friend to our morning class next week. We are looking forward to meeting him!

A great big thank you to Dessa’s family for donating a play kitchen to our school. The children love the new addition to our dramatic play area!
January tuition was due the 1st week in January. Due to the unexpected closing, I am waiving the late fee until after January 12. Tuition not received by 1/12 will incur a $10 late charge. Thank you to everyone who pays the tuition in a timely manner. It is truly appreciated.
Ms. Sheri is off to FL on 1/5 to celebrate grandpa’s 95th birthday & will return to school on 1/11. Ms. Joyce, Ms. Sarah, Miss Fabi & Miss Bethany will hold down the fort with their usual enthusiasm & are available to address any issues.
