Happy New Year!
We had a fabulous 1st week of the New Year back here at school!
We spoke about our time off from school & counted backwards from 10 to 1 while watching the New Year’s Eve ball drop on You Tube. We learned that New Year’s means celebrating the birthday of the new year. And we moved & grooved to our new January play list featuring winter songs. We've also been practicing our scissor skills by cutting up old holiday wrapping paper. So much fun!
Please note that Ms. Sheri will be out next week. Ms. Joyce & Ms. Faryaal will be holding down the fort. The children will be in good hands.

January, the 1st month of the new year & also the month of snowstorms. Along with the possibility of snow comes the prospect of closings & delays. While we make every effort to remain open, safety is a factor for all of our families & staff. Please note that if Sachem School District closes due to inclement weather, we will also be closed. If Sachem has a delayed opening, we will make every effort to open at our usual time. However, extenuating circumstances might require us to be closed for the morning session. Please tune in to WALK radio (FM 97.5) or check our FB page or the Remind App for closing & delay information.
It is with heartfelt sadness that I announce the closing of Creative Kids Center as of June 19, 2020. Our lease term is ending and I have made the difficult decision not to renew.
It has been an honor and a joy to work with all of our children and families. I am so grateful and appreciative that you chose to share your child with us at Creative Kids. We have loved each and every one of them as if they were our own. It has been such an honor to watch them grow and learn through the years. The children and families have meant so much to all of us, bringing much joy on a daily basis.
In the meantime, we look forward to many more fun activities for the remainder of the school year.
Ms. Sheri & Ms. Joyce
They need unstructured time to just play.
